October 31, 2023 InformationWe, YOSHITAKE INC., hereby announce that we have acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Access Professional Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore to enter the petrochemical market, and its subsidiary Access Professional Vietnam Company Ltd. in Vietnam to expand the petrochemical, power plant and general industries in Vietnam, and they are subsidiaries of YOSHITAKE INC. from October 24, 2023.

The main purpose of the acquisition of subsidiary companies, Doctrine Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, its Indonesian subsidiary PT Doctrine Engineering Indonesia, Access Professional Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and its Vietnamese subsidiary Access Professional Vietnam Company Ltd. is especially to enter the palm oil industry in Southeast Asia.
